i don't understand, exactly, iam the first petitioner in the form I-864 and he is the second of two joint sponsors , do u think that gona affect my husband case ?

But - in general - the petitioner (you) is the primary sponser, must fill out I-864.

Then the co-sponser must fill out an I-864 as well.

I understand you are using a co-sponser because of YOUR income - no problems there, at all.

If I didn't answer whatever your question was, please post back?

Warmest Regards , and Welcome Aboard !

Sometimes my language usage seems confusing - please feel free to 'read it twice', just in case !
Ya know, you can find the answer to your question with the advanced search tool, when using a PC? Ditch the handphone, come back later on a PC, and try again.

You will check "a" -- I'm the petitioner.

The joint sponsor will check "d" -- I'm the only joint sponsor.

If you've already paid the $400 IV bill, then your husband doesn't need to pay anything.

I think he should redo the first pages.

You're not the "first of two joint sponsors." You're the primary sponsor. "a" -- the petitioner.

Your joint sponsor, whoever he/she is, is your ONLY joint sponsor.

1 for yourself.

1 for the intending immigrant.

0 for your spouse because she IS the intending immigrant.

It tells you in BOLD LETTERS not to count anyone TWICE.
