no the case status is the same i check it like everyday whereas i have it set up as an automatic email.

i called them up and those ppl don't know damn thing to be honest with u. he was telling me exactly what it says on my case status online. he did tell me that there was an activity within the past 6 weeks in my case. but that i think was because i called them up to update my case and received a confirmation email.

my only concern is that maybe i sent it to the wrong address thats y they sent me everything back that i had sent them?? lolz even the envelope...

Hello sunny29,

How did your I-130 upgrade process to IR1 go ? How long did it take after upgrade to have it approved and do you think that you gained time by going the upgrade route rather than filing after becoming a USC.

I am an LPR in a similar situation trying to decide whether to file now or wait till I become USC. Any inputs from your experience will be appreciated.

hey muskan4eva -

when you call back to USCIS, get an ISO, tier 2 human - see http://www.dhs.gov/xabout/structure/gc_1221837986181.shtm#5

and

inquire again, ask yer questions, again.

Good Luck !

Sometimes my language usage seems confusing - please feel free to 'read it twice', just in case !
Ya know, you can find the answer to your question with the advanced search tool, when using a PC? Ditch the handphone, come back later on a PC, and try again.

Congratulations on your approval ! We All Applaud your accomplishment with Most Wonderful Kissies !
