Hi all

I'm new here and thought I knew answers.

We filed I - 130 and payment was received by NSC. We received NOA1. Now do we go ahead and file I129F? Do we need to send anything besides USC birth certificate, G325A for both, marriage certificate?

This is a great and informative site. Hope my question hasn't been asked alot. I looked for this info but couldn/t find it. Thanks

NVC generates DS 3032 & I-864 bill May 29

DS-3032 rec and sent snail mail June 7

IV fee bill generated June 19

IV bill rec. June 26

IV bill pmt sent June 28

This is what I needed. I tried several times to use the guide but had problems

Next.... When is my birth certificate and proof of our relationship needed. Is this required for the interview?

The beneficiary's birth certificate and the proof of relationship are required at interview stage, yes. The petitioners birth certificate is only required with initial filing of the petition to prove citizenship and entitlement to file.

I think you have to send noa 1 from 130 also in your packet for 129 f.
