Seems that it's always the happy rainbow crowd who wants the other side to not be allowed to speak, or to jump on them if they do give their opinion. Sorry....life isn't always nice. If I think someone is doing something nasty - like marrying someone for money or a visa - I'm gonna bloody say so. If I'm wrong, I'll apologize.

*laughs softly* this sort of stuff happens here all the time....and it ain't gonna change. VJ is a nice place...and there are lots of opinions stated here, some nice and some not so nice. You either deal with it or you don't deal with it and find another source of support and comraderie.

You know, honestly, what is the fun in a community where everyone is all sunshiney and fake all the time. the US citizen to marry him/her, not vice versa.

Relationships can't be judged everyone is different. If they look happy and it's between the couple whose paying and supporting with $ that's up to them not us to decide what is up.

Let me see if I got this straight... if two people take a picture together, and they both seem happy, then that means there is no chance of fraud taking place? That the girl is happy because she's getting what she wants, and the guy is happy because he thinks he is getting what he wants?

Maybe that is why pictures are only considered "secondary" forms of evidence.
