If your talking to me the answer in nothing yet. I am going nuts here waiting. I have been in contact with both of my senators and my lawyers and get the same old "wait 30 days and try again" BS. Seems like I just have to wait. :( Thanks for thinking about me!

seeing recalls and people with NOA1's before me not get approvals yet makes me feel almost guilty for getting mine...

just hang on tight. it's coming. i really think they're processing in batches, and that within a day or two we'll get another deluge of approvals.

seeing recalls and people with NOA1's before me not get approvals yet makes me feel almost guilty for getting mine...

I think we all do .. but we have to play the cards we were dealt... I know if I was in the other situation I would be glad at least some are getting approved... but yeah this process gives me a bitter taste in my mouth.. Ive been thinking about all my buddies here on VJ hoping for approvals.

May 1, 2006 - Submitted I-129F (Overnight) NSC

May 2, 2006 - NOA1

June 1, 2006 - Transferred to CSC

June 14, 2006 - Notice from CSC it was transferred

June 30, 2006 - Received IMBRA RFE (CSC)

July 5, 2006 - Touched (RFE Received)

July 31, 2006 - APPROVED

August 5, 2006 Physical NOA2

August 15, 2006 NVC Received and Sent

August 22, 2006 AIT sent Packet 3

August 22, 2006 Packet 3 got lost in the mail... sending another.. :( :( :(

October 27, 2006 Interview

Hello Buddies,

I know how it feels to wait...we had our NOA1 March 6..what a date, and all is quiet on the western front till now. My children are so anxious since school starts early Sept and it would be so difficult to catch up with their lessons considering he is going into junior high.

But, God works in mysterious ways so patience has become my virtue. Just keep the prayers coming and hang on...

And keep the wires burning...Luz, I know how you feel. So near and yet so far, eh?
