I cannot believe this Sh!t. I have another RFE on the way.:wacko:

After all this time? #######?

jpine, Permission to board the ship, Sir.......

Now i am also keeping my fingers cross. I hope that after my fiancee have had sent our RFE documents to CSC and have touches our status last august 1, stating that RFE docs have been received and we will receive a decision soon i hope that it would be the NOA2. I hate to think that we will be getting another RFE.

We are not included with the IMBRA since our RFE was not actually about the new I-129F form to be signed but lack of a certain documents my fiancee wasn't able to include in the petition package for my K1.

We been waiting for so long. our NOA1 was January 5, 2006 and still have no NOA2 still waiting for a decision. #######!

Okay now you got us all worried. I know I am hashing over old stuff, but why after 4 months do they decide that now your petition needs another RFE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Both Lisa and I are going totally nuts here and our patience with this whole thing is wearing soooooooooo thin.

Damn what a mess, just pisses me off that so many of us from March are still in limbo and now new RFEs are coming out for some of you.

Lisa and I think that next year when all of us are reunited that we should have a March 2006 VJ CSC reunion somewhere. Would be great to see all of you in person!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

That is an excellent question dwar49.

I logged into USCIS and saw that they touched my petition today...Why?

They advised via e-mail last night that I was to receive an RFE. Today, touched me again? Second thoughts? That is fuel for thought....

My fiance and I just talked about the same thing this morning. We both agreed that we have a common bond with couples that have gone through this. I told her about Vartan's suggestion (however jokingly it might have been) that we al go to Disney World. She thought that sounded like a great idea. :)

Our application had the same pattern....RFE touch, touch again next day. I just hope it has not been moved to the 'never to be heard form again' file.

dammit. I missed a sulk party! And I coulda brought scotch!

William - this totally sucks. I am not sure what kind of RFE would be better - a second IMBRA RFE, or one asking for supporting docs. I hope it is whichever one will put you on the fast track for NOA2.

04/18/06 - NOA1

08/30/06 - NOA2

Ah, you too. Any ideas what it is for? IMBRA again?

As much as my file gets touched, I cannot imagine they would lose it.

My guess would be that first they gave you notice of the RFE (really sucks) then the next touch was that it was put in hold bin until RFE is returned.

Knowing governmental processes there is probably central holding area where petitions are put when awaiting RFE returns.

Just an educated guess, but sound reasonable. Course when has CSC ever done anything reasonably or ordered.

Ah, you too. Any ideas what it is for? IMBRA again?

I have no earthy idea why...it seems to me, and I may be wrong that the thresehold for K1 visa is quite low, and we meet the requirements, no criminal nonsense, exceed support requirements, proof of ongoing relationship and meeting etc. I, as the beneficiary in this case, have been granted visas in two other instances to live and work in the US. And the paperwork should be fine. So who knows?

I'll be upset if it is another IMBRA RFE...if they are processing on RFE reciept days does that then move us into the August group?

I'll let you know.
