Hi,

On form g-325, what do you write in "This form submitted in connection with an application for?"

On all the forms, Where do I find the A number?

Form- I485

Current USCIS status?

Current occupation? Unemployed?

IN what status did you last enter?

Nonimmigrantvisa number? where do I find it. there is a number on the visa but is not called visa nummber.

form I765:

Question 15: Current immigration status?

Form I864

On question 10. Do we enter only 1 or 0. I am the only one being sponsored.

Part 5 Sponsor HOusehold size.

This is her parents house, do we have to include them too?

21. Your Household Size - DO NOT COUNT ANYONE TWICE

Part 5. Sponsor's household size.

Persons you are sponsoring in this affidavit:

a. Enter the number you entered on line 10. If i Enter 1

Persons NOT sponsored in this affidavit:

b. Yourself.

e. If you have any other dependents, enter the number here.

c. If you are currently married, enter "1" for your spouse. We are married, but if we enter 1 then the total becomes 3. So do we leave this blank?

She only has 1 tax return because she was a student before, Do we just attached a copy of the Diploma?

Thank you for your help.

1) Application for permanent residence

2) "A" number on the I-797 approval notice from the USCIS

3) Current status = K-1

YMMV

Hi,

On form g-325, what do you write in "This form submitted in connection with an application for?"

On all the forms, Where do I find the A number? It will be on your NOA2, right above the non-USC's name

Form- I485

Current USCIS status? K1

Current occupation? Unemployed? if not working then yes, unemployed

IN what status did you last enter? K1 visa holder

Nonimmigrantvisa number? where do I find it. there is a number on the visa but is not called visa nummber. Its the red number on the visa

form I765:

Question 15: Current immigration status? same as above, K1 visa holder

Form I864

On question 10. Do we enter only 1 or 0. I am the only one being sponsored. 1

Part 5 Sponsor HOusehold size.

This is her parents house, do we have to include them too? Only if she is combining incomes with them to be able to sponsor you.

Yes you leave it blank as you have already been claimed above

She only has 1 tax return because she was a student before, Do we just attached a copy of the Diploma? I would attach a letter as well explaining that there are not more tax returns as she was not working before and therefore did not have to file.

Thank you for your help.
