Be sure she gets the DS 3025 vaccination record. Have her make a copy of it or scan it to you.

She'll need it when she adjust status. Seems like quite a few people lose them in transit.

The CD isn't that important. It's the chest xray.

This link will help.

Have her do the medical ASAP. Go after 1 PM Tuesday thru Thursday.

You are welcome. Tell her to wear loose fitting clothes, make copy of her passport as they will take it. She can use cellphone inside also if she has questions for you. She needs to know her POE also.

Sooner she does the medical the better in case something like sputum test are required.

My fiancee is finishing her medical today. I told her about the DS 3025 and to be sure she gets a copy, and she said the Doc told her yesterday that her CD will have the vaccination record and x-ray on it. I said, plzz make sure you confirm that before you leave Manila...don't want to re-take all those shots again in the US when filing for AOS..

After medical, one would get DS 3025 which is the vacination/immunization record and also a CD of xrays. They put xrays on CD as it is more convenient. St Luke's also advices that copies of DS 3025 should be made for future use.

Dakine is right. The staff told me that Monday is the busiest day of the week.
