Ok quick question to all Yardies,

How long did it take to receive your Certificate of Impediment. And how did you receive it via mail or did you pick it up in person. I am having a bit of a problem..I am afraid he will not receive this form in time. Any suggestion as our interview date comes near.

That form was a serious pain in the baxside!

We paid for expedited service and all 5 months later we did not have the form...

Eventually I went to the RDG website and wrote to them saying I was his fiance' that we had requested the form from months earlier and that the interview was coming up.

They wrote back right away saying they would send another form.

But they delivered it via currier and to a Post Office...

He was at the post office for hours waiting on the currier...

crazy!

Here is the link you will need to contact the RDG http://apps.rgd.gov.jm/web/Status/lay_selectionPage.cfm

You will need the receipt number they gave him when he requested the form.

Good Luck
