Do I look at NSC statistics or CSC???

I mailed our I-129f last week to my service center which is Nebraska. I see that they are not processing I-129f petitions and that when Nebraska receives, they send to California. I have been using VJ for everything relating to our paperwork and reading posts that have helped very much

Question: When I look at VJ's statistics for K1 I-129f processing time, should I pay attention to the Nebraska stats or California?

PS. USCIS Just cashed my check today!!! Even though I have not received an NOA1, I plan on calling my bank in the morning to get the USCIS Case number off the back of the cashed check so I can track our progress and get Email updates from USCIS.gov! That was a great tip I picked up on VJ :D

Not sure of the answer - see which office sends the paper NOA1, maybe?

The big question really is whether these stats are worth the paper they're printed on

Timeline

Chances are that you'll be transferred to CSC. They are processing March 6, 2006 now. That puts you in a line that is 5 months long! Jan/Feb 2006 would be a good guesstimate for your case to be adjudicated at USCIS. VJ stats are based on timelines provided by us VJ'ers. They won't be able to give you an exact date. But just based on the Processing date for CSC, you're an easy 5 months away before your case is reviewed at USCIS!

Posted processing times don't mean squat right now. We've got people who filed in May and are now approved. We've got people who filed in March (and earlier) who are still waiting. Sit back, relax and wait. You can't do much else right now anyway.

Posted processing times issued by USCIS is what I'm talking about.

If you are talking about VJ timelines that is different since most of us have been caught up in the IMBRA mess. So it's pretty hard to tell anything from that too.
