Asking Some More DOC

Hello. . .

I am student here in USA and my wife is citizen. i filled for AOS and send application on 11th feb 2010. my biometric is completed.they asking my co-sponsor's 2009 tax return. now my aunt is not ready to file here text return (she is sponsoring) . . .

now, i am confuse what to do? should i submit the extension form?? or should i force her to submit 2009 tax return???

plz, help to find answer. .thanking you in advance.

If they are asking for a document that does not exist, you can either wait or inform them that she has not yet filed. If they make you wait until she files, there is nothing ou can do about that.

Tax returns are due April 15th, which is coming up in just a couple of days. She should have turned them in by then or should have filed for an extension. Did your paperwork ask for most recent tax returns or did it specify 2009?
