I-693 Family Name to use

I-693 Form Part 1, should I use her K-1 Visa family name or her new family name (mine!)?? I would think the new family name to match the I-485 form but perhaps that would confuse the situation. Any thoughts?

We used my wife's new, married name, on ALL of the AoS package forms. Even though she could not change her Social Security card yet. As long as you submit a copy of the marriage license, then you can use her new name. My wife changed her name in the traditional Filipino way, by dropping her middle name, moving her maiden last name to her new middle name, and adding my last name.

We were approved in 60 days with no interview.

We are preparing our AOS documents now and are using her new married name, not her maiden name.

Just to add...

Put your wife's full maiden name near the top of page 1 of the I-485 where it asks for "Other names used", or something to that effect.
