How long must I wait for my biometrics appointment???

Hi all fellow filers,

My husband and I have sent in our I-130 in late February, and it has been more than a month!! The USCIS says I should expect an appointment notice within 30 days but I haven't heard anything from them! What should I do? Can I just go for my appointment?

The man my husband spoke to on the phone says not to worry as the I-129F (K3) does not require the biometric appointment. Did they stop our CR1 because we filed a K3?

So many questions... Any help at all will be good :( Even just a biometrics appointment time-line, anything.

Our Timeline:

Married in the US on the 31st December 2009

Filed for I-130 (VSC) in February 2010

NOA1 for I-130 (VSC) on 1st March 2010

Filed for I-129F (VSC) on 2nd March 2010

NOA1 for I-129F (VSC) on 8th March 2010

RFE for I-130 to be mailed to CSC on 15th April 2010 (didn't get a letter of our case being transferred to CSC... so confused!!)

RFE for I-130 sent to CSC on 22nd April 2010

RFE for I-130 received by CSC on 3rd May 2010

NOA2 for I-130 received from CSC on 6th May 2010 (Yay!!!)

Sometimes my language usage seems confusing - please feel free to 'read it twice', just in case !
Ya know, you can find the answer to your question with the advanced search tool, when using a PC? Ditch the handphone, come back later on a PC, and try again.
