interview done visa? confused

Well, I have done my interview today, I answered all the questions well because it was very simple like,

Date of our wedding , My Name. My Husband's Name, My Husband's work, Address, How many times he visit me, How did i meet my husband and when. After the interview the consul gave me a form with an X mark ( wait until you hear from us ). by the way prior to that he asked me about nbi case record.

2002 my employer had a fight with his wife ( ex ) she filed a case to my boss because she wanted to get half of the property and since i was the corporate secretary at that time, my name was dragged too. 2005 they ended for an agreement and the case was dismissed. I was able to clear my name at the nbi and submit them all necessary documents such as affidavit of desistance and certification from the court. nbi then issued me clearance of no records.

my question is, this would be a problem? is their any chances of being denied? what should i do?
