Lost I-94

I lost my I-94 2 years ago either that or it got thrown out didn't know the importance of it. I read on my interview letter i should bring it but since i don't have it is it going to be a big deal? I know you can file the I-102 but i don't have enough time to wait for it.

You can go to a Secondary Inspection Office (Customs and Border Patrol) and have new one issued.

Try to find one in yer locale, and show up in person with yer passport. Bring all of the letters you've received from USCIS after AOS submittal, to prove that you are applying for AOS, otherwise I fear you might be deported for an overstay.

I don't have a passport when i entered the US almost 3 years ago the passport rule didn't apply i just needed my Birth Certificate and picture ID.

1.you need a passport

2.don't leave country before you get GC (don't try to get I-94 from CBP)

3.no I-94 should be ok.you can file I-102 later if they ask for one.

My friend lost his I-94 couple of years ago. He had the AOS interview in March and they never asked about it. No RFE, no questions during the interview.

I don't want to scare anyone but I-94 is very important form and to loose it is a huge deal especially if you are overstayed.

Mine was stapled to the passport page.

I guess the entry stamp in the passport can save one.
