Or do I even have to complete an additional form for the stepchild? The instructions say that in Part 5 I should include any conditional resident children. The form says to list all your children. My husband has children that are still in Jamaica and two here. Only one of the children here has conditional residency, the other has a 10 year card. Do I list all of the children or only the one that is removing conditions?

Not sure about listing the children part - I am sure someone who has been through a similar situation will answer you soon.

However, if your CR child's GC will expire within 90 days from yours, then you can lift his conditions with the same application and include only the biometrics fee $80 to the total. If the child's GC is not expiring within 90 days, unfortunately, you will need to file another form for him/her when his/her 90 day window opens.

So that means no additional form? How do they know the information for the child?

You simply list the child on the form with there "A" number an that is all... The child's conditions to residency are removed automatically if the alien parent is approved

They have all the information for the child from the A- Number and the AOS that you filed previously.... You would also include as evidence a copy of Front and Back of their 2 year Green Card....
