Howdy VJ buddy!

It has been a long time since I log into visajourney. Anyway, now it's time for us to file I-751, Petition to Remove Conditions on Residence. I'm going to post in both this Vietnam board and Removing Conditions board. (Usually, I received more friendly, helpful responses here back in 2007-8.)

Here is my package:

I am not sure what the partial 2009 tax return means, you can contact the IRS to get a certified copy of your tax return and it will show that you filed jointly, this is the only tax information they will accept at HCMC, so it should be good for the 2009 return for you and your wife. Everything else looks pretty good, kinda hard to fake all the evidence you have so there should be no problems with your application. Good luck and Congrats on making it this far!! Jerome and Binh

My CPA finally called us, and my wife and I just singed our 2009 joint tax return to be e-filed today. So now I can remove the partial return for 2009 and consolidate all returns into

  • Copies of joint tax returns for 2009, 2008 and 2007

Anyway, thanks all for the reply. I am going ahead and sending the package at Fedex after I post this message.
