How long will it takes to receive the NOA2?

We sent our application form last year May 16 and we were hoping to receive our NOA1 a week or a month after but it never happened. Six months later we still havent received anything from USCIS so we called them and finally they told us that they misplace our papers and told us that they are tracking it down. A month later, they were still saying the same so my husband has decided to seek for an immigration attorney hoping we could find an answer to our questions.

The Immigration attorney advised us to resend our application form. Two weeks later we received a message that they've received our application form already(Jeez!) and that was January 27 this year. Feb 6 we finally received our NOA1. A month later we again received a letter from them (USCIS) requesting for more evidence. Luckily, we had all the requirements that they need for them to confirm that we have bona-fide marriage relationship and we were able to send them all the next day.

My question is, how long will it takes for us to receive the NOA2. If we choose the CR1 instead of K3 as planned, how long will it takes? Do we still need to wait for another 6 months or more?

Any advice, recommedation and suggestion will be appreciated. Thank you! :)

Nobody can tell you for certain but generally petition approvals are running about 100 days from filing at this time.
