Hello Johnny.I'm waiting for my fiancee to send me her documents and photos so I can file for the K-1 visa. This Friday she will go to the Fedex to mail it. My question is, did you do the forms yourself or did you have assistance. So far I'm following the info here for the K-1 visa. My future wife is Filipina.

We got our NOA2 in 42 days. Completely did everything myself, with help from VJ examples and asking questions. I filled all the forms out then on my last trip I had my girl sign the intent to marry letter and the 325. We took lots of photo evidence, and saved every receipt, boarding pass, hotel bill, etc. And filed petition. We got lucky with USCIS, but had a two week delay in NVC for additional processing, which really isn't bad.. in reality, we have a 90 day time from NOA1 to Interview date.

~Johnny~
