Denied in other contry

Hello everybody!!

I was looking in the forums about the forms and one question come to my mind . . i was traveling around one year and a half on asia but finally in one of my intents to enter again (to Korea) they just denied my entrance because i didn't show any valid reason for being a tourist or doing business there . .

In some point i have to talk about this? . . and what if i was working illegally ? . . somebody told me dont lie but dont talk to much so . . i dont know . .

I have a little problem with the police, they find me teaching in a school but i dont have any record abut that, they just ask me about my boss , even i go and back again to Korea with out a problem after that happens . . do i have to talk about this in some point in my interview for my visa? is better if i talk about this first to them? . .

2) Were you charged with any crime by the police?

3) Has a petition been filed by you or for you yet?

im the beneficiary and i dont was charged with nothing , just they ask me about the job and who give to me , they said "just we need your help , answer some question and we let you go" and they did and my fiancce is coming this friday for start with this application

I don't believe I see any problem or issue here. There was no crime committed or reported. You were not denied entry into the USA. You were denied entry into South Korea. So you do not report that anywhere. The US is only interested in US Visas you applied for, US Visas were granted, US Visas denied, US Visas revoked and US Entries both allowed and denied.

You have nothing to report, nothing to list. You will be fine.
