Hi David_n_Amber,

Your paperwork seems very good to me.

I just check back on VJ after year of hiatus and plan to post the checklist similar to yours so the experts here can critique before I send off. Anyway, since you are seeking the same answer and nobody has posted yet, I am going to post mine in this thread so anybody can chime in to check yours and mine at the same time.

List looks very solid. However, passport and marriage license copies not needed. You can also include the car insurance, 401k plans.... not sure if you bundled these with something else....

Good luck!

Oh, the check amount is correct!

Another question:

Should i include more than one copy of various bills and account statements in our names? or does that just become redundant?

Send as much as you can.

Lets Say you have your Electric company, and you've had service with them for 2 or 3 yrs. Send a total of maybe 9 statement. Roughly 3 or 4 for each yr.

Do the same for GAS, WATER, etc.

WHen i mailed my i-751; ATTN: PETITION TO REMOVE CONDITION ON RESIDENCE was written in atleast 4 different places. Now i'll admit thats a bit

overboard, but hey it worked for me.
