I had my wife fill out the G 325 and send it to me so that I can file the 130. However I noticed that the size of paper she printed it on is NOT 8.5 x11. Its a bit less wide and longer. Is that going to be an issue ? I need to send out these paper right away, a quick response from anyone would be appreciated.

Does anyone has a link on how to send in the doc, such as the holes that need to be punched and how the tabs are suppose to be labeled etc..

Thanks

It should be on standard paper (8.5x11), but I dont think they will say anything about it if it is on bigger paper as long as it is the current form and is signed by your wife. How much bigger is it? Is there extra white boarder is there? It is probably printed on legal paper, which should not be an issue.

It will be fine. The standard paper size in Europe is a bit longer (maybe 3/4") and slightly slimmer than the American standard (A4?). Everything my wife sent me was on that paper as were our marriage certificate, her birth certificate, her police records, etc.

Just check to make sure everything is there! If you are using 8-1/2 x 11 or A4 its fine.

In the US I print everything on 8-1/2 x 11.

When in Vietnam we printed everything on A4 (the slightly narrower and longer paper).

Our packets had mixed - some of each size - its a normal occurance and should not be a problem.
