I misspelled my mother's, the beneficiary, name on the 1-30 and NVC documents. Her name is "DI", but I wrote "DA" on her documents. These letters have the same pronunciation in my language. Her case is still at the NVC and now that I am getting ready to submit the DS-230 package, I noticed the discrepancy. Has anyone else encountered this problem? Is there anything that can be done?

I edited the post to highlight that all her official documents have her name as "DI.." but her CIS petition and Agent of Choice (submitted by me via email), has the name "DA..". Is there anything that I could do to ensure that the processing of her petition will not be delayed significantly?
