Don't worry about it at all.

Just provide the new I-864 and supporting documentation on interview day. The I-864 doesn't come into force until the visa is granted and the immigrant crosses the border.

My husband too got a new job that puts him over the guidelines after we went through NVC with a joint sponsor. He's prepared a new packet for me.

Good luck!

Ohhhhh really? you mean we need to prepare for a new packet and will give to the interview? If we decide to get a co-sponsor this time. Is it o.k? and Is it o.k too that the co-sponsor living another states which is far for my husband place? like his Mom living in NY and he is now in I.L, is o.k if we ask help Mom to be our co-sponsor?
