Niean-Lol...It's nice surprise that you got such a letter....

I received a letter when I applied for citizenship..

But my letter DID NOT contain the words....."Thank you for applying for U.S. citizenship! We are eager to assist you in achieving what must be an exciting goal in your personal history."

Maybe it's a new thing for 2010?....

What exactly did your letter look like anyways? Was it printed on USCIS stationery? Is it official? Which state is this from? Lol..I'm curious and wondering if this is fake or not..

Seriously....Lol..If this is some USCIS PR stunt...I'm personally not buying it...lol.....

I mean, if they really did care about our goals, then why do they make us go through USCIS  to achieve them?

I swear...Someone from the USCIS is stalking VJ......Just last week I posted something on VJ about the importance of US Citizenship, and this week, they come up with something like this to its applicants....Co-incidence????....

Neverheless, good luck with your application, and good luck in your citizenship journey too!
