I have to pay for I 765 ?

I just married 1 month ago and came to USA by visitor visa. Now I am preparing document for submitting to U.S immigration. One thing ,I got promblem that I have to pay for I 765 [340 dollars] or not if I submite with I 485 [1010 dollars]. How long do I have to wait for working promise if I sent complete document? What is method that make it fast?....Thank you so much for suggestion.....

You and your US citizen spouse should study the guides here on Visa Journey to learn the steps involved.

The work authorization is included in the $1010 fee if all are filed at the same time.

If you intend to remain in the US (live here) without returning to your home country for several months at least, then you will need to do much more than file an I-765.

You would benefit from the Guide here on VJ for folks in your situation. Click HERE or the word Guides (at the top of the page). You will get a pretty good understanding of what will be needed.

If you submit the entire AOS package (I-693, I-130, I-485, I-765, I-131) last two are optional, but if you send entirely, the fee for the I-765 is not required.

07/07/10 - Interview Appointment in Philly- July 7 @ 11:05 am APPROVED

07/19/10 - 2 YEAR Green Card received

Removal of Conditions (9 months 1 1/2 weeks or 285 days)

04/08/12 - Eligibility date

04/19/12 - Sent ROC Package

04/26/12 - Hardcopy NOAs Received

05/17/10 - Biometrics letter

05/24/12 - Successful Walk-in Biometrics in Dover DE

01/25/13 - APPROVED- ROC card production ordered

02/05/13 - 10 YEAR Green Card received

Naturalization (5 months 2 days or 155 days)
