I just realised that my complete address is not written on my sealed I-693. I have no idea what to do.

Its in the form of: New Town

But should be : New Town, St. Annisburg

What should I do to have this corrected, as I know I cant open the letter? I dont want any confusion or RFE's when I send it off this week. HELP.

I would go back to the Civil Surgeon with the courtesy copy he gave you, let him copy it and seal it after you correct it.

Thanks for your advice... I just hate having to keep delaying my AOS :unsure:

I don't think it would be a problem because they won't use this address as mailing. As long as the street number and zip present it's okay.

guys I did my medical examination few days before marriage. because of that my address on the medical examination form is the previous one before marriage does it matter? and also the marital status also is single. Do I have to take this medical examination after marriage or it is fine to take it before?

Hey, you can try to have it transcribed, reflecting your updated info... may range anywhere from $20 to $100 but call around and specify that you just need a transcription for a better rate
