will a photocopied divorce decree will be ok on CFO seminar?

You never know what the nuns will ask for. BEST to have originals of everything.

A nun in Cebu sometimes ask for a cert of singleness for the petitioner.

It's a joke as there's no such thing in the US.

They've even asked for a complete court transcript of the divorce.

More ammo you take the better.

Yeah if you can get the original BC of your fiancee that would be the best. I gave Mhay an original copy of my BC. I would also have the court certified copy of the divorce decree(the original is always kept with the court)...I gave Mhay that too even though I was asked to send one in at the USCIS stage. From what I have read on here the divorce decree has been asked for at the interview. I would rather have stuff and not need it at the interview than need it and not have it....then further delaying the visa.

"The petitioner already submitted the birth certificate"

Not the original tho. Best to have it a the interview.

Never know what they will ask for. Case by case and CO by CO.

I agree with you...you never know what they will ask for! Better safe than sorry!

I submitted an original birth certificate in my K-1 packet to the USCIS. I also sent my wife a complete K-1 packet that included an original birth certificate.

However, I have never heard of a case where the petitioner's birth certificate has been asked for at the interview. The probable reason for this is that the USCIS and the NVC has already verified the identity of the petitioner before the case was sent to the Embassy.
