Dancing With the Stars

Does anyone else love this show as much as me? I just love to watch the ballroom dancing and to see how good the celebs get. I tried to join a DWTS message board but the thing was so overrun with trolls.

So....only Drew, Stacey, Jerry, and Lisa left. Who do you think is the next to go home?

I think it will be Lisa. It was close for her last time.

love the show. Have to switch back and forth between that and beauty and the geek.

lisa is DEF the next to go - jerry rice has a ton of appeal -b ut it will come down to Drew and Stacy. I think Drew will win because more women watch the show and will vote for the hot male. I think stacy deserves to win.

A lot of people think Stacy doesn't deserve to win, because she has a dance background. Do you have any thoughts on that?

I also tend to think Drew's going to be the winner. Anyone else agree that you would be pissed if you were his wife? I swear, him and Cheryl seem to have a special relationship that's a little too close for comfort.

I think a lot of those couples get a little closer than I would be comfortable with if it were me. I definitely think Drew will win. I really like him.

I love it too! But I think Jerry is more likely to go this week. Lisa has been doing much better lately. I like both though, so it'll be sad to see either go And I'm a Drew fan, mainly because he gets so into it! (Wasn't really into 98 Degrees) But I think Stacy will win, she's amazing.

i agree! i love the ballroom dancing too... I even watched a competition on the public broadcasting channel a couple of nights ago...

Yeah but Drew has a dance background too - did you see him shake his azz with 98 degrees - they go through so much training to do that.

I think Lisa will probably go, even though she's improved. Jerry's probably got more appeal to the people who are likely to be voting (but who knows who really votes...afterall, they voted that soap actress winner last time when I don't think she deserved it). Don't get me wrong, I think Jerry is great, but he still sometimes doesn't seem to let it all go...and go for broke!

It will be between Drew & Stacey and I go back and forth between who I'd rather see winning it.

As far as Drew's wife being pissed...why should she be? Why should she feel uncomfortable if they have a secure and stable marriage, which they seem to. He said if she were to have the baby early, he'd drop out of the show...I think he probably has his priorities in check. It's ballroom dancing, where couples must either have a good rapport or be good actors. The dances are meant to be sexy, seductive, and sultry and there is a lot of touchy, touchy....but it HAS to be. In that respect, it's no different than actors performing a love scene.

Frances, good point but it's more than just the dancing. Like when they go to hear the judges' comments, when they're in the back after hearing their scores...always touching, he's always got his arm around her. I think I would just get tired of seeing my hubby with his arm around some other chick all the time.

On another note, does anyone else think that Anna seems to look like she's not having the greatest time when they're not dancing?

anna's pissed to be on that show - she looks so mad all the time EXCEPT when the camera goes on her. Sometime you'll see her looking mad, and then she sees the camera on her and she perks up.

I liked Master P's partner the best.

Oh yeah, poor Ashly. I felt so terrible for her. She tried so hard to reach out to him and he was so non-responsive. When she gave him those dancing shoes and he threw them on the floor and kicked them I was so mad at him!

I couldn't believe he had the nerve to throw and kick the shoes. If you don't want them just say I don't want them. You don't have to act like a child having a temper tantrum.

Awww, I like Anna...she's so..................Russian! LOL

I wonder if what you are describing is really just her intensity. She's passionate about her talent and serious...I think that's the Russian way. You see it watching Russian figure skaters or gymnasts too. It's a mindset. Hmmm, I don't think I'm explaining it well. Anna doesn't have to be on the show if she doesn't want to. She did it last year, and she's got a career with the dancer who danced with Giselle Fernandez.

As for Drew and Cheryl...ahhh well, I guess I never noticed any more touchy feeliness than with the other couples. I DO know that George Hamilton's ga-ga-ness over Stacey was getting on my nerves....lol Glad he's finally gone.

One note on the message boards for the show....OH MY GOD! LOLOL do some of those people take it soooooooooooooo seriously. LOL

I agree. He also decided to go on the show. He didn't have to be there. If he wasn't going to take it seriously than he should have declined the offer. I can't believe he stayed as long as he did either. What a joke!
