Is your son your Fiance's son too? as in did u have him with ur Fiance? if so then the kids name should be includede but if its not so then your fiance should not include your son as he is not exactly expected to be filed with someone who is not the direct parent.you may have to file for him seperately. I just came to the US to marry my husband on a K1-visa while my kids came on a K2-visa.I would not have been able to bring any other kids other than mine. good luck

abbeydcool, I did not even see thispost before I was posting on the other side asking about the pkt 3.

This is my opinion not an expert opinion.

Let your wife go to her interview with two forms. One that has your son's name included and another one that has only her name. Then you also fill two affidavidt of support same way (one with your son, and one without)

My reason been that either way there is nothing lost. Your son was born after you filled for your fiancee so there is no way the child would be added to the application, so now that the baby is here, you were not sure how to go about it hence the two forms. Which ever one the interviewer says she needs your fiancee can submit.

I stand corected on this though if anyone has a different opinion.

Goodluck
