Hi guys,

I'm just getting ready to mail my income tax return and I'm not sure which address to use. I just moved to US in January, so at the end of the last year I was still in Alberta. CRA has two addresses on their website. If you live in Alberta send to Winnipeg but for non residents send to Ottawa. I've already changed my address with CRA and my new address is on my return, but I lived in Alberta at the end of last year, so which address do I use?

Thanks!!!

Hi,

Good question, my first thought was that it should be the non-resident address, but as you were a resident of AB as of Dec 31st and had no foreign income last year, maybe it should be the other tax center.
