After how many months of delay only bcoz of an idiot thing i think we're almost getting closer.sigh!Can you imagine NOA2.dec 17,then suddenly or case is sent back to USCIS by NVC,then we have an RFE..hahaha!!!What a strange one,that is what other's always tell me here in VJ!But we never lose hope then on March 8 we received RFE,we sent what they need within 2 days now this is the last update of our case..I think this is like confirming our NOA2???Right???What do we do next??Make a call to NVC?Wait?PLS HELP!Just so excited that after our daughter's CRBA is approved without DNA so may good things happen next!!!We hope our manila case no.will be next!

APRIL 3, 2010 – REAFFIRMED(APPROVED)

APRIL 12, 2010 – CALLED NVC, CASE NO.ASSIGNED

APRIL 30, 2010 - CALLED NVC AGAIN, THEY SAID OUR PAPERS ARE STILL IN USCIS:(

JUNE 18, 2010 - FINALLY, NVC SENT OUR PAPERS TO MANILA

JUNE 25, 2010 - EMBASSY HAVE THE ELECTRONIC COPY

JULY 6 and 7 2010 - MEDICAL(PASSED^_^)

Yep, looks like you're back on track to NVC again. Cross your fingers for a speedy trip straight to Manila embassy.

Thanks,and hopes so it will be a speedy one!BTW how can we know if NVC already received our petition?do we have to call NVC?

yes you can call NVC and you can put your uscis case # and you'll see if you have been issued a visa #. If it says they dont recognize the case #,it means that they haven't gotten the petition. Goodluck!
