you can always stay with us mary. well when i first started in april my original timeline was from june 30th until july 20th. now my timeline is august 8th until the 12th. i don't believe in this but like i said earlier. there are about 60-65 left in march and now there are 5 weeks left until the end of july. they need to do roughly 12-15 a week until they get to april just in visajourney alone. i am on april 19th so they need to do 15-20 until the end of july to get to me. right now i don't see this happening. i am a little more optimistic because last week they did 9 but because of the 4th and the end of june which they usually pick up the pace at the end of the months. all i want is my wife to be here by our anniversary which is in november. but at this pace, it will be close. so come on CSC let's pick it up to around 15-20 a week here. all of us are waiting.

Hi there. I went through the process with my husband and it took a long, long time because i filed in November of 2007, our I-130 was not approved until September of 2008. That was an agonizing wait. Anyway, he is here and i am filing for my stepsons. My timeline is below. Good luck to all. It looks like March filers are getting approved now, so it shouldn't be too long.

they are taking there sweet time to approve these petitions. according to visajourney there are just 70 more and i know that there are two or three that are duplicates and some that are wrong but that still leaves close to 65 left. well there are 4 weeks in july and so that means just in visajourney itself they need to approve 15-20 a week. and right now on visajourney it is averaging just 6. at this pace, we will be approved sometime in august or september. they need to pick up the pace here and approve more a week.

Um... someone please correct me if I'm wrong, but the statistics on VJ are ONLY from members who've chosen to put their timeline information onto VJ. So if you're seeing 70 petitions, that doesn't mean USCIS is only working on 70 petitions. There are a lot of people sending in petitions who aren't on VJ and/or who aren't choosing to enter timeline information onto the site.

Was there some sort of extenuating circumstances that caused your I-130 to languish for almost a year, or what? I'm sorry you had to go through that. :(

We have the same NOA1 date! VJ says March 15 today... so not that much longer, hopefully! Are you CSC or VSC? Good luck to you and your family. :)

129f for fiancee in VSC are getting approved super fast, I just saw a post that they approved in 22 days !! I am wondering if USCIS pushed all the 130 to CSC, and are approving 129f at VSC. So CSC is now a bit backed up ? Or bunch of them are going for their Vacations ? I even put ACCO fasner in my application hoping that it would put a smile on their faces and speed up the process by a few minutes... My NOA1 date is June 1st, so I am yawning and hoping that all of March, April and May gets processed soon !
