FINALLY my approval email came through... my cases got approved I-130 and K-3

NOA1: April 27, 2010

Approval Email: Nov 22nd, 2010

Yes, someone is left. Me. Although I believe eventually we will be approved, (the process so far has only been a few years) Non Bona Fide etc..

At this point in time, the decision is moot.

I will live in China with my wife. The U.S. has basically forced me into an Ex patriot status. My first choice, no. My recourse, yes.

Although I wish each of you the best, are you aware of the denials that occur at the interviews. Most for no reason!

I am well aware of the many denials at Guz. There are plenty of "horror stories" that come out of Guz. For sure, many denials are for such foolish, unjust reasons, or for no reason at all. I have read many denial posts on another website the past couple of years. It is really heart breaking what some couples and familys have to go through. Guz puts the "non bona fide" on many just like a rubber stamp. In Dec 09, the group that I was in for the second half of dec had many denials. I could understand the mistakes I had made, but for many there were very poor reasons for a denial. Anyway, The Best of Luck on your journey.......... B-)
