Congratulation to all those who got their approvals. Good luck to those who are still waiting for their approval. For me, the good news is I got $88.00 bill and Choice of Agent letter from NVC dating November 1, the bad news is I have not gotten any response from USCIS, nothing, no letter, no email, and no phone: nothing. Even when I call them last week (October 22), they were saying me to wait for 45 days more and gave me reference number. Wow, I do not know what to say or what to write at present. I will not even try to figure what is happening with my case today, I will figure out tomorrow. I will update my profile tomorrow as I even do not know. I want to be in peace today.

Everybody let dance with me. I got text message to notify that Uscis got update my case. I GOT APPROVED on Nov.4.2010

Oh my GOD Im dancing all night long.

I also dont forget to pray with all April Fillers left. Good luck to all and to ME.

Aidenaileen, congrat!! It is a very good news! Hopefully the rest of April filters can receive

approval soon!

CONGRATS TO ALL APRIL APPROVALS!!! :dance::dance:

I am so happy to see that we have not been forgottern... I am still doing a dance to hear that our case has made it the the NVC. I just wonder if I will ever receive the NOA2 from the USCIS? I am going to call the NVC again to see if a case number has been assigned.

LET'S DANCE APRIL FILERS we are on the move... All of us should be moving to NVC in the next week or so!!!

Good Morning,

I just called the NVC and received the Case # and IIN so what do I do next? I have read the shortcuts but I guess I am a bit confused :blush:! So a step by step is needed... Thanks for the help!

11/02/2010 Received request for IV packet; re-sent IV packet.

11/04/2010 SIF, Case Complete After 23 days

11/29/2010 NVC decides to give me the finger; case reopened and closed.

12/13/2010 Interview Assigned (5 weeks after initial NVC completion)

Let Me announce a GREAT NEWS to myself...

My case is at National Visa Center now after they send me Text Message.

Because they got approved on Nov.4 and they send me today the Choice of Address.

Im so happy.....

I guess they approved for aprils fillers some and they sent straight to NVC without any update or notice. They send Email and Text Message after they received and processed at NVC. :whistle: :whistle: :whistle:

Good luck to all..... We still with ya guys..

I read the text and USCIS website almost a hundred times to make sure What I have read is right. :rofl: :rofl: :rofl: :rofl: :rofl: :rofl: :rofl: :rofl: :rofl: :rofl:

Wow, my case was completed on October 12, 2010 and NVC received it on October 21, 2010. Whole immigration system is broken, someone has to fix it. The sad part is I do not see it happening soon. Anyways, I am glad to be through USCIS and almost half way through NVC stage.

I call today USCIS, they were still asking me to wait for 45 days. When I told about the letter from NVC, he transferred to higher level officer. After reaching 3rd transfer, I believe USCIS California service center, finally I found out they in fact approved my case on October 12, 2010. today it felt good to be on the top of USCIS, it felt good.

I am very glad I joined NVC club!!!!!!!!!!!

Last night, my hubby received an email from USCIS, they said my case was approved!!!!

My case has been transferred to NVC, I am so exiting :rofl::rofl::rofl::rofl::rofl:

The other filters waiting for NOA2, your approvals are around corner.
