Did you contact the USCIS? I was told on yesterday that they are processing May 14,2010 so.... I put in a service request and also contacted my senator. Good Luck!!!

I still havent got the NOA 2 approval in the mail yet, but today i got another email this was in regard to the service request i had placed last Tuesday and it basically said that the a approval letter has been mailed to the address they have on file.

So maybe i may get it tomorrow.

I tell you what guys i bought my favorite bottle of Jim Beam that i haven't opened, but as soon as my wife is home with me its gona be gone within the hour.

When did you receive your 1st email regarding your NOA2? I hope that ours is within the week... How long is the process through NVC and what is the possiblity of a Dec interview date?

I got my first email yesterday (20th October)regarding the approval and my file had been touched the day before (18th October). I truly dont know what the time frame is for NVC i am assuming a month based on what i have read and seen on this site and others. Im hoping for a December Interview date, but that even varies between consulates.

When you call USCIS using the 1800 375 5283 number, ask the agent that you need to put a service request in. Make sure that they know what service center your at. They gave the same response three weeks ago and they would not let me put a service request in because they were still processing May 19th applications, but then i called the week after and the agent told me that my file is past my 5 month period and he put a service request in. I don't see any consistency with USCIS. Basically call the 1800 number ask them that your file is way past due for any response and you would like to put a service request.

Hi,

I have a question for those who have got their NOA2 or are in similar situation. I submitted a request for service on 10/20 and got an RFE same day. (I had requested this on 10/07 but nothing happened until I called back on 10/20, they submitted another request)

The case has been touched everyday since 10/20. Does this mean there are more RFE's coming? Would they send RFE's in different requests or all in one shot? I am sending the RFE but am curious what the touched mean. Any similar experience? Thanks in advance.

I dont really know how USCIS working? On 10-21 I called to make Request Service about my case almost Six Months 2 days ago. The lady told me that I need 6 processing days more to make a request. She told me to call back on Nov.2.

On 10-22 I called back again to make Service Request just a luck If they do, because I saw some people make when they are around 6 months. And the man did, he did for me and give me a number for record. So how? One tell me to wait and another one doing for me?

I just checked back today at USCIS website I saw they touch my case again since 10-08.... Im Nut.

No touch, no update, I am still waiting.....

But I found there are another guys receive NOA2 in China, they are both May filters, one is May
