Hi everyone, I pray those approvals are right around the corner!

I just finished paying my IV invoice yesterday and submitted my AOS last night...

Solteq, How were you notified when your file was at the NVC and from your time line it looks like a week from approval of I-130 to NVC?

if you signed up in the USCIS status check website to get notifications regarding your I-130, you can check online by logging into it.

and yes...it does take about a week for NVC to get your document packet showing in their system.

Guys just a heads up! I recieved a email & text message today saying that my I-130 application is approved and they have mailed the notice out yesterday and the instructions on the next stage will be on the notice.

Seems like April filers are being processed.

KVP, I think I called the NVC every day as soon as I got the approved email, even the day of. One day when I called instead of "There is no record of that file," I got, "your NVC case number is..." That caught me completely by surprise, I hadn't expected it to be updated, so I had to have it repeat the message so I could write down the case number.

It took about a week, yes.

Right now waiting for them to send me the instruction packets for the IV and AOS (even though I've already submitted the AOS). I'd submit the IV but I think I have to do the online version of the DS-230, but the NVC's computer system won't let me access it...

My NoA1 is April 26, till now nothing. Yesterday, my husband emailed senator, hope he can help

us, I thought if we ask for senator's help, we will get NoA2 soon, hope I was right.

It has been 6 months tommorow since we received our NOA1 and still nothing . I faxed my request to my senator for assistance on yesterday, hopefully we hear something soon... I was hopeing for a December interview but don't know if that is possible. Still I HOPE AND PRAY !!!!

Did you contact the USCIS? I was told on yesterday that they are processing May 14,2010 so.... I put in a service request and also contacted my senator. Good Luck!!!

I still havent got the NOA 2 approval in the mail yet, but today i got another email this was in regard to the service request i had placed last Tuesday and it basically said that the a approval letter has been mailed to the address they have on file.

So maybe i may get it tomorrow.

I tell you what guys i bought my favorite bottle of Jim Beam that i haven't opened, but as soon as my wife is home with me its gona be gone within the hour.

When did you receive your 1st email regarding your NOA2? I hope that ours is within the week... How long is the process through NVC and what is the possiblity of a Dec interview date?
