Hello April Filers...

I am impatiently waiting for our NOA2 :whistle:, I feel like I am about to go crazy worrying about something that I have NO CONTROL OVER..I guess that as soon as I stop worrying and let go God WILL send me my blessing :dance: !

I pray that all april filers who are waiting will receive good news soon :thumbs::thumbs: !!

USCIS TIMELINE (Married March 20, 2010)

04/15/2010 - I-130 Sent to Chicago Lockbox

04/22/2010 - NOA 1 Received

11/01/2010 - NOA2

NVC TIMELINE

01-NOV-2010: NVC Received Case

20-Dec-2010: Case Completed

US Embassy in Kingston

07-Feb-2011: Interview @ 8:00am

11-Feb-2011: Received Visa

16-Feb-2011: POE Houston, Texas

Removal of Conditions

07-Dec-2012: Mailed application

25-May-2013: Received 10yr. Green Card

FYI for April 28 2010 receipt filling date. I called USCIS today and they have now put in a service request for my application and told me to wait 30 days before i called them back, if i still have not heard anything back. I had called them two weeks ago on the 5 month mark give or take a day and the service agent told me then that they were processing March 29 2010 applications and i could not put in a service request as my my application date has not been processed yet, but people who have applied in July 2010 have received their i-130 approvals, so im failing to see a logic.

NVC

10/26/10: NVC Case# received by calling AVR.

10/27/10: DS-3032 Emailed, no response.

10/28/10: Called NVC gave both Petitioners & Beneficiaries email and contact info

10/28/10: IIN Received, emailed DS-3032 using supervisor Sue, received response that agent can not be added at this time.

11/01/10: Emailed DS-3032 and have no response so far.

11/04/10: AOS Fee Invoiced and Paid. IV Fee Not Invoiced yet.

11/04/10: Re-emailed DS-3032.

11/04/10: Medical test given, if any issues will hear back or if its all good will be turned over to Emabassy.

11/05/10: Recieved AOS fee Paid confirmation and barode sheet.

11/06/10: AOS mailed USPS Express.

11/08/10: AOS package received by NVC; Signed by :N Visa Center,Received email that DS-3032 has been received and accepted & IV Fee Invoiced & Paid. Waiting for processing.

11/12/10: IV package mailed USPS express.

11/15/2010: IV package recieved by NVC.

11/19/10: AOS entered into System.

11/29/10: IV Entered into System

Consulate

01/14/11: Interview (APPROVED)

ROC:

01/03/2013 I-751 package sent.

01/04/2013 package received.

01/07/2013 check cashed.

01/11/2013 NOA received in mail. NOA dated 01/07/2013

Those are people from Vermont Service Center..we only had two ppl from July get approved..one was military expedite..the other was a fluke..the rest of us, we're behind you in line.

No any info about NOA2.

I dont really want couting how many days passed.... They dont let me put Serhice Request either. I wanna cry, but let it go, when it comes, doesnt matter.

04/29/2010 NOA1

05/12/2010 Touched

09/29/2010 called CIS, was told to wait 27 days

09/29/2010 contacted Congressman

10/05/2010 Touched, probably as a result of contacting Congressman

10/06/2010 NOA2 Approved after 160 days

NVC

10/12/2010 Received

10/13/2010 NVC Case # Assigned, Called NVC and gave them beneficiary email

10/14/2010 Sent COA Email, Received IIN, Received AOS Invoice, Paid AOS

10/18/2010 AOS status "PAID," Sent AOS packet, IV paid (not sure where the invoice went)

10/19/2010 IV Payment status "PAID!" Still no sign of the DS-3032 acceptance or IV payment invoice.

10/27/2010 Sent IV Packet

11/02/2010 Received request for IV packet; re-sent IV packet.

11/04/2010 SIF, Case Complete After 23 days

11/29/2010 NVC decides to give me the finger; case reopened and closed.

12/13/2010 Interview Assigned (5 weeks after initial NVC completion)

01/18/2011 Visa Interview
