Oh for f's sake! My case was touched on 05-APR-2010 again. What for? I got the approval email on 04-APR-2010. The AVRS said they sent the NOA2 on 02-APR-2010. Why did they need to touch my case after it was approved? What the f is going on here? Loto?

I stopped looking at that crappy unreliable website. Last time when I checked it - it still showed "Initial Review". Good it didn't show "I-130 Acceptance"!

Congrads to all the April filers you've had their NOA2.

Please I have a question. If someone had their I 130 approval this month, then turn in DS 3032 and DS 240 which were filled and dates August 15th, and August 30th respectively to the NVC (when they do ask for) will it be a problem?

Any idea will be greatly appreciated

As per the processing timeline published in the USCIS website, the timeline is 5 months and I have very well passed it.

My A# is <number> in addition to the above USCIS Receipt#.

I would like you to contact the USCIS to get exact status on my petition. At the same time, if you can be the help to request them to adjudicate my case as early as possible, it would be the great help to me and to my family.

My NOA1 date is 4/28. i still haven't hearก anything from CIS. I told my husband to call them but he said the line is always busy so he doesn't wanna call them anymore. I tried calling them once but they told me to make my husband call.

I am curious. If we call our senator, does it make us get approve faster than we don't call???

I saw someone got approved already but they even got their NOA1 after me. I don't know how CIS work this out.

The USCIS does not work in any type of time order. Your husband can call the USCIS, but will just get the same answer they give everyone else.
