CONGRATS to all who have been getting approved. I have to admit that I was starting to get really depressed because I was seeing all these April Filer getting approved and it seemed as if my case had gotten skipped since my receipt date in April 9th. However, I got my first touch today...I am so happy!!! Today is definetly a good day :) :)

Married:10/9/2010

Sent I130: 03/31/2010

NOA1: 4/9/2010

Touched: 10/4/2010 Excited

NOA2: 10/5/2010 FINALLY!!! :)

NVC Received: 10/13/2010

Got NVC# and IIN#: 10/18/2010

Paid AOS: 10/20/2010

AOS Status: Shows paid 10/21/2010

Printed AOS Cover Sheet: 10/21/2010

Did anyone get approved today??? If you did CONGRATULATIONS!!!!! Does anyone know how long the processing times are at NVC??? Im trying to work out when I could possibly be seeing my lovely husband again???

NVC

10/26/10: NVC Case# received by calling AVR.

10/27/10: DS-3032 Emailed, no response.

10/28/10: Called NVC gave both Petitioners & Beneficiaries email and contact info

10/28/10: IIN Received, emailed DS-3032 using supervisor Sue, received response that agent can not be added at this time.

11/01/10: Emailed DS-3032 and have no response so far.

11/04/10: AOS Fee Invoiced and Paid. IV Fee Not Invoiced yet.

11/04/10: Re-emailed DS-3032.

11/04/10: Medical test given, if any issues will hear back or if its all good will be turned over to Emabassy.

11/05/10: Recieved AOS fee Paid confirmation and barode sheet.

11/06/10: AOS mailed USPS Express.

11/08/10: AOS package received by NVC; Signed by :N Visa Center,Received email that DS-3032 has been received and accepted & IV Fee Invoiced & Paid. Waiting for processing.

11/12/10: IV package mailed USPS express.

11/15/2010: IV package recieved by NVC.

11/19/10: AOS entered into System.

11/29/10: IV Entered into System

01/14/11: Interview (APPROVED)

ROC:

01/03/2013 I-751 package sent.

01/04/2013 package received.

01/07/2013 check cashed.

Brenda&Luis, wow, that's awful! My NOA1 is April 29 and also nothing, while seeing so many other people with later dates approved. I hope we don't have to wait much longer.

Just got an email from my congressman's constituent liaison. CIS says my case has been assigned to a case officer for adjudication and that I will hear something within 2-3 weeks.

Argh!!! 2-3 MORE weeks?! But at least it's news that my file isn't sitting in a drawer somewhere... Still would prefer an NOA2 approval, but I guess, this will sate my impatience for maybe a few days.

Hey thanks, Urna :) Got the letter in the mail today. They want my marriage certificate in the foreign language. I thought I already mailed them that...oh well. Will mail the stuff first thing in the morning. I wonder how long it will take them to process once they have a hold on RFE...I hope not too long :( The suspense is killing me.

P.S my NOA1 is April 8th.

Hey buddy... sorry that your NOA2 is taking so long but I'm sure u will hear something soon...

and the eastcoast/westcoast thing doesn't matter on how they forward your applications to CSC...

I'm from DC area and still my case was sent to CSC... even though I would have loved to be VSC...

but things will work out...

looking at IGOR'S list there are not as many application for May/June/July...

I'm comparing it to March/April (monthly comparison)

so my guess is they will cut down at least a week or two in processing time....

At least, If I have a RFE Please send soon So I can fix those. Waiting is killing me.

I call early in the morning, but got nothing, they just told me to patience waiting. :( :( :( :( :(
