Congrats to all those who have receive their approval and good luck to those all who are waiting for their approval.

For me, I have been hit with RF E. I called them today many times, got transferred to second level officer, and finally emailed the CSC as I wanted to know what the RFE is for. I was nervous as I have sent them all the documents as a support. It turns out that they needed passport size photos. I remembered sending them correct passport size photo. Anyways, I am planning to send them the photos by the end of week. I hope they will not take long time to approve after receiving the reply.

How you know they are working on case or not? I try asking many times they just told me exactly what others people here can tell. Same thing. I lost my balance now. Tonight I will try Senator's Request. The only help now for my mind.

Sorry to hear that. I think it is time for you to try senator’s office for congressional inquiry. I was about to call the senators office, but got RFE. Good luck

Urna how to get talking to second level office. They will not tranfer me to. What did you tell them and how you know you get RFE? Thanks and good luck, it does not a seem a big problem. Try sending them asap.

the trick is calling them back once you talk with one rep. who is not giving you anything. After many try I always get some nice rep. who answers many questions, transfer to second level officer if required.

I'm pretty happy today. Not because of NOA2. Well, because of NOA2. But mostly because I lost 8 lbs in 10 days. Probably not a healthy thing but who cares. I'm 8 lbs lighter and I'm 8 lbs faster. I was on this weight lose plateau. I couldn't lose a single pound in 5 months. I stayed on the same weight for months. But 10 days ago I started High Intensity Training coupled with Hydroxycut regiment. I totally cut out carb from my diet beside at most 100 calories from grain group.

Long story short: I'm freaking ecstatic now. Many things went well today. Thanks everyone.

Im still waiting for my NOA2! And this waitng game is killing me! Like what are they doing in the cali service centre???? Someone tell me? Im confused that people with a later NOA1 date are receiving their NOA2's earlier even though they are from the same service centre??? How does that work?

I just called and they told me exactly what last month said: "Your case is in normal processing time, please continue wait, We now process the receive date March 29, so We cant put your Service Request for you this time, If you want talking to Higher officer, they also cannot provide anything about your case, so please if you are not hear anything from us next 16 days, you call and make request, Thank you, and you have a GREAT day!"

LOL I have been waiting for 168 days, and website show up only 5 months, now is 6 month almost reach, and they told me I still In Normal Processing.

Anybody got a trick how to talk to second lever officer. I dont want waste too much of time waiting. thanks ya

I call and call many times, they did transfer me to higher officers, but that lady didnt tell me anything about my case, and she also gave me big hole, to tell me waiting for next time, they will have to do Service Request for me. Thank you, and you have great day AGAIN. :crying: :crying:
