I got an email from USCIS at 2am it said: On September 21, 2010, we mailed you a notice that we have approved this I130 IMMIGRANT PETITION FOR RELATIVE, FIANCE(E), OR ORPHAN.

I'm pretty excited!

my qusetion for you have noticed any change on ther website that day, that showing post desision activity ??

we were not expedited and the only change was that the USCIS status page said exactly what my email said.

03/08/2010: Wedding

03/26/2010: I-130 Mailed

04/16/2010: NOA1 via email

09/21/2010: NOA2 via email

10/27/2010: NVC Case number

11/28/2010: AOS fee paid

03/15/2011: AOS packet sent

11/28/2010: IV fee paid

02/15/2011: IV packet sent

04/01/2011: Case Complete at NVC

04/13/2011: Interview Date Assigned

XX/XX/2011: Package sent to Embassy

05/11/2011: Medical Completed

05/24/2011: Interview Date APPROVED!!!

XX/XX/2011: Visa Received

any update for you guys ??

I finally called today and asked what was the status on my case due to it being outside the time frame. The Lady on the phone said that due to the high volumes of application received they were behind schedule (tell me something i dont know). She said that they where working on receipts dates of March 29th right now. Explained to her that i had not received no updates or nothing on my case since filed back on April 9th. She said that as of right now I had no REF so everything was fine but it was just a matter of waiting. According to her approximately 2 weeks!!!!!!!!

Sent I130: 03/31/2010

NOA1: 4/9/2010

Touched: 10/4/2010 Excited

NOA2: 10/5/2010 FINALLY!!! :)

NVC Received: 10/13/2010

Got NVC# and IIN#: 10/18/2010

Paid AOS: 10/20/2010

AOS Status: Shows paid 10/21/2010

Printed AOS Cover Sheet: 10/21/2010

Congrats to all aprils who got NOA2 yesterday ... my husband will call in 10 days, I know what they will say, I kinda know already but he just wants to give it a shot.. :(

08-11-2010: USEM received the case.
10-11-2010: Called USEM, need to send ASAP DS-230 and DS-2100
12-11-2010: emailed DS-230 and DS-2100
12-11-2010: Received Interview date
16-11-2010: Medical Tests
17-11-2010: Interview: APPROVED
23-11-2010: Passport received :)

03-12-2010: POE Miami- Washington D.C (DCA).
10-12-2010: Applied for replacement of S.S
17-12-2010: Received S.S card in the mail 7 days after applied for the replacement
