Yes thanks urna :thumbs: And was this just calling the 800 number on your noa 1 and pressing through to bypass the auto system to get to a rep or did you call another number to get this info??

any news any touches ?

I called 1-800 number and my call was escalated to the heigher officer twice.

I am a week passed the 5 month 'normal' processing time but according to recent inquiries the Cali service center is runnin a couple weeks behind. Couple Questions:

Is anyone in my boat too here and if so are you requesting any service requests yet? Is there anything we can do to speed up the process or do we just wait & call again & again & again... :bonk:

And for the people who have been approved without the aid of an expedite what is the trick eh? Just luck of the draw or are you requesting a service request or writing the senator, etc.?? :blink:

Any help with this would be much appreciated!!! :)

- IV Bill Status: Shows as PAID 11/01/10

- Sent IV Package Priority Mail 11/02/10

- IV Pack Received at NVC 11/04/10

- IV Pkg Entered into AVR System 11/17/10

- NVC SIF 11/23/10

- Case Complete 11/30/10 (could've been earlier; called late :-P)

07-02-2020 - I-130 SENT
06-01-2021 - APPROVED

NVC
06-06-2021 - Recevied NVC case no. - case entered into nvc's system

06-08-2021 - AOS fee
06-08-2021 - IV fee
07-05-2021 - IV & AOS documents submitted online

07-19-2021 - received message from NVC about case can not be processed unless all civil documents are submitted (was missing police clearance)

08-12-2021 - submitted police clearance certificate - which was last document submitted to NVC

11-05-2021 - Case completed at NVC - DQ

03-31-2022 - Interview letter received

04-28-2022 - Interview date at mumbai embassy

Touch APril-23-2010

No touch since that day.

Because they couple weeks behind, I dont want calling them again and asking same question I just called and asked a week ago, it would be same answer.

Anybody got same day NOA1 with me? :thumbs:

I got an email from USCIS at 2am it said: On September 21, 2010, we mailed you a notice that we have approved this I130 IMMIGRANT PETITION FOR RELATIVE, FIANCE(E), OR ORPHAN.

I'm pretty excited!

03/08/2010: Wedding

03/26/2010: I-130 Mailed

04/16/2010: NOA1 via email

09/21/2010: NOA2 via email

10/27/2010: NVC Case number

11/28/2010: AOS fee paid

03/15/2011: AOS packet sent

11/28/2010: IV fee paid

02/15/2011: IV packet sent

04/01/2011: Case Complete at NVC

04/13/2011: Interview Date Assigned

XX/XX/2011: Package sent to Embassy

05/11/2011: Medical Completed

05/24/2011: Interview Date APPROVED!!!

XX/XX/2011: Visa Received

XX/XX/2011: POE

I got an email that said that my application was approved on Sept 21st, 2010. Our NOA 1 date is April 9th. Our case was touched in early July when I filed a change of address form because I moved.

But, we had no touches on the case other than the NOA 1 touch and the change of address touch.

Good luck to everyone. Hopefully my husband will be here before the end of the year. Hopefully....

NOA 1 received date of 04/12/10. No touch and when I called on 09/16 I was told to wait a month (27) days, before I could file a service request.
