No they didnt explain anything. They just said that they were still finishing up March and now its april filers turn.

guys..i checked my uscis account online,,.it was touched 9/16/2010 but still initial review what does it mean...

It means they are reviewing your petition and you will be getting your NOA2 soon.

Hi Guys, I got a very bad news from a friend who also applied CR1. She got NO.A1 in March, her husband can't wait for a longer time, he called USCIS, they told him:" March filters must wait 8-10 months to get approval". I was shot by this bad news Is this true? If so, I nearly get mad!!!!!!

I doubt That is true. I just got approved on Thursday n I believe They r working on April cases now.

I dont think so, even a lot people call in to ask them everyday same questions, but they dont stupid to get angry and response like that. Maybe your friend misunderstand some.

So everybody got at least twice times of touch before receive the NOA2 right?

I didnt have any touches at all. I just got a call that my case was approved from CSC.

We only had a touch when our petition was approved.

I call just now USCIS and the lady was nice and she give me more info than usual.

As per her, although my case (April 20 Receipt date) is outside processing time, until next 10 to 15 days i can not make a service request based on "Out side processing time" clause. Last time my case was worked was on September 14 but does not show up in USCIS website. Right now they are working on the case with the receipt date of April 28th and they are giving decision on the case of March 29. As per her, anyone in between this time frame can expect to get decision on any day; last dat being March 29. Finally, she told me that this delay in processing time will last until last week of October. after last week of october, there will be normal processing time for I 130 petition in CSC center.

and the interesting thing she told me is that unitl now, our case does not have anything that will tigger RFE from heigher level officer. she told me that lower level officer only make a memo if any case requires additional info. Only when the case will reach heigher level officer, they will send the letter requesting RFE.
