My NOA1 date is April 9, 2010.

Our case has not been touched other than MY change of address in the US in June.

We still do not have NOA2 and I worry that contacting them will delay our process.

I'm just hoping for a Merry Christmas this year.

Hello everybody

I just came accross this website after researching for information. I feel so relived to see that I am not the only one bitting their nails waiting for a repsonse. I fileed our I-130 since April 9th. So hopefully we should be getting a response any day now. I feel like I have been checking the USCIS website every 5 minutes. However, I have noticed that the majority of people have had touches on their case and I dont have not even one. Please let us know if anybody else has heard anything from their case...it will be greatly appreciated.

NOA2: 10/5/2010 FINALLY!!! :)

NVC Received: 10/13/2010

Got NVC# and IIN#: 10/18/2010

In some cases...but not all. I filed in April. NOA 1 dated 04/12/2010 and I have not recieved anything yet.
