Hi Guys,

Hubby sent in application in late March and our NOA1 date was April 2nd so we're kind of between March and April... just wanted to give you some good news, we got notified by email yesterday that our NOA2 is in the mail. OUR NOA2 date is September 8th!.... not long to wait now April filers :)

Hi everyone!!

congrats to those lucky one who are getting approved :)

like it seems we have to wait a bit longer, so I was wondering if you know if it is possible for those who are going through a CR/IR to go to USA with a visitor visa, I ask cus for me it s easier to go there due to my vacation time is 1 month, but my hubby just get to come here 8 or 9 days, which really sucks, as you should know this sucks :(

I know probably not but i just wanted to be sure and my hubby as well,

I was wondering if you know if it is possible for those who are going through a CR/IR to go to USA with a visitor visa, I ask cus for me it s easier to go there due to my vacation time is 1 month, but my hubby just get to come here 8 or 9 days, which really sucks, as you should know this sucks :(

Mary,

You may try for B1/B2 visit visa while I-130 is pending. Most probably, they would deny since the immigrant intent is already under process. But, there are cases where the beneficiary was lucky to get it. If you are one of those, you can visit your hubby and go back to your country to continue the process.

My wife's B1/B2 was rejected before this I-130 filing. The reason was she had a GC previously through me. But she surrendered it for a long trip to India. Now she is coming back, hence we filed a second I-130.

Many of you guys must be getting close to 5 months or over now? My Step son has a NOA1 date of 4/14, haven't heard a thing on his case since 4/16. I have enough fingers and toes to count the number of people approved in april, hows everyone doin'?

If you have changed such as address, you got touch on your case. Our didnt have any maybe it be all right no sort or change something like that . Just wait enough time they will send the Approved Notice. Hope so

NOA 1 April 12

I just called the U.S.C.I.S. "Customer Service" to inquire about am I 130 CR1 that is over 5 months in processing.

I was told that in 27 days from today I can call back and file a service request. That would then take an additional

30 days to for WAC to respond. Any suggestions?

I have been waiting for over 5 months now and still nothing. Service request was already filed and they said they will get back to me within 45 days. So more waiting.
