I know this time is yours and looks like you are well prepared for any kind of questions. May I know the question that resulted in denial.

Good luck

One question was, "How many times had I sent money to her". She said "5", which was correct. I had sent money the first time at Christmas with a wire transfer with my bank, and later 4 times using Western Union. The Visa Officer asked this question 2 times. I believe he did not see the wire transfer document, only saw the Western Union statements.

I just called USCIS again just for sh**s and giggles. The girl who answered said something that makes me feel very badly. She said the five months estimate isn’t really an estimate of a timeframe within which your case will be process. Rather, it's just telling you that they'll put up your case on the shelf for five months before they start working on it. Even though my NOA1 days was more than five months ago, I'm still within normal processing time she said. She also said I cannot put on a service request. Despite the fact that one was placed a few days ago when I officially crossed the five months period. I am so confused now. There's a sense of anger in me now. I've waited five months patiently like a good citizen and I was told one thing. Now that five months are over, I'm being told, what literally amounts to, sun revolving around the earth and not earth around the sun.

What am I to do now? I did contacted my senate immigration help lady just yesterday. Nothing so far on that regard. I don't plan on bothering her until Monday. What I was told by this silly USCIS phone lady above has to be wrong. Right? I can patiently wait wait another 2/3 weeks. After that I fear I will be way very much frustrated. From Igor's Timeline, looks like USCIS is just starting on forth week of April applications. Mine is dated 27-APR-2010.

Yesterday I was transfered to a second level guy who said there are no RFE on my case. I had forgotten to ask if they have actually started to work on my case or not. Sine there are no touches, I think they haven't started to work in my case yet. I wish there was at least a touch on my case to give me some sort of peace of mind. I don't know what else to do. There is nothing else I CAN do except wait.

N400 CITIZENSHIP STAGE

23-DEC-2016 -:- N400 form mailed to Dallas, TX Lockbox (USPS EXPRESS)

turst me, touches does not mean anything.i have been touched three time, yet no approval. you have atleast hope of getting hard copy without being touch. once you are touces, it is rare for anyone to get hard copy first. and, i agree that american immigration system is completely  borken and noone wants to fixed it.

the good news is they are now speeding up the approval and i hoping to get mine this week and i believe that you will have approval or somekind of good news by next week. good luck
