My documents were sent back rejected. I fix the problem which was the wrong amount for the check and forgot to check a box and I sent it back April 1. How long will it take to continue my case. Please someone let me know. aos,I-130 and another one I think I-745

There is no way to tell until they give you the first green light. After they think everything is in order and you get no RFEs, it should take just as much time as any other application.

If your original submission was rejected then you don't have a case yet... to continue.

Second If you are lucky and initial reviewer won't be to strict, he won't make a big deal out of "unchecked box" then they will send you a notice during 10 days.
