The medical is good for 12 months. All he needs to do here is, to go to a civil surgeon to get the Vaccination Supplement. That document is necessary. But with valid shot records there shouldn't be a problem.

I just talked to the closest civil surgeons office, they are asking to do blood test etc and charing around 150 dollars for all that

Of course they want to sell you the "All-Inclusive" package. But all he needs is the vaccination supplement. Call back and tell them that is all he needs. You will find that also in the application papers for AOS. It says clearly that K-1 visa holders do not need a complete medical.

Call some other doctors if this one is too expensive.

Does he need to re-do the medical agian in us or

His Vaccination Suppliment from India is good enough

Stinger157 is right, your husband's medical exam in India is valid for 1 year. Look at the nearest civil surgeon in your area, here is the link http://www.uscis.gov/graphics/exec/cs/index.asp.

Also here is the link for the Supplemental Form I-693 and better to print and bring this form because on my case the civil surgeon doesn't have this form, good thing I brought one. Also bring the Vaccination Documentation Worksheet of his medical in India so that the civil surgeon will know what are the shots needed. The civil surgeon will transfer the record to Supplemental Form I-693, sealed it in the envelope. You will be given two copies, 1 USCIS copy and your personal copy. Do not open the USCIS copy and send it together with AOS application.

The I693A Vaccine supplement is no longer used. It was stopped in June 2008. You must now use the vaccine portion of the I693 for proof of vaccinations. If all vaccinations were completed in India, you can send the DS 3025 that you got from the panel physician instead of the I693 as proof of vaccinations.

Bring the I693 form to a civil surgeon's office, have your husband's vaccine records from the hospital or record in India to the office and fill out the first part and then leave all other areas blank. Then have civil surgeon fill in Vaccines and sign on Part 5. Its clearly stated in the instructions of I693 on the USCIS website. Read it closely.
