Hi Folks,

Paid the AOS fee of 70.00 on line payment method.

Can see that the Payment Status is “Paid”

Instructions at the bottom of the receipt tell me to print out “Document Cover Sheet”,

I cannot find this option to print it out. Can anyone help?

Thanks!

You'll see the link back at the payment page, once the status shows as paid. Same procedure for the next fee and cover sheet.

If you are paying AOS fees, you are not doing so as part of a K3 process. See the IR1/CR1 guide for step by step instructions.

Rita - in the online payment portal - you'll see a coupla options per 'thing' (AOS, IV)

there's an option to view the coversheet, another option to view the receipt. IT might not be so obvious - as these are CLICKABLE LINKS that bring to you yet another page or file download .

If you RIGHT CLICK on any 'view' - you can save it as a file.

FWIW - if you still can't see the coversheet to print/view -

WAIT A DAY !

Hey ! yer new - do you want to do NVC Electronic Processing ?

You qualify, ya know, with a petition headed to China. If you haven't sent in the AOS packet yet, you might want to spend a bit o time reading about NVC Electronic Processing.

have a read? (ya - click the link)

http://www.visajourney.com/wiki/index.php/NVC_Electronic_Processing

It shaves off 2 to 5 months of 'dead zone wait time' from 'NVC-OUT to GUZ-IN' time ticks.

Hi again,

Got some reading to do. Will try to find the cover sheet, if you say it's there I will find it. Will look in to the electronic, but worry about that. Somehow I will make it through this. Thanks. If I do, I will help others do the same.

You said it was there and it is there! I didn't know they were tabs to click on! Can sleep now! Will look into the electronic filing. That still scares me, just don't know how that will replace a document needing to be signed... Need to read about it. Thanks again group!

Rita - NVC Electronic Processing *IS* a bit involved,

but...

It shaves off time between (NVC-OUT to GUZ-IN) .

If you handled all of NVC processing via paper and postal mail - once NVC sends it to GUZ -

there's a wait between 2 to 5 months before GUZ opens the casefile.

If you use NVC Electronic Processing - that 'dead zone of wait time' is eliminated.

as for 'signing documents' -

there are 2 that the beneficiary needs to sign - the DS-3032 and the DS-230 -

and is EASY to handle all at a copy shop in China - Fill out with Adobe Reader, print to paper, SIGN, then rescan, convert to PDF, and set up the OPT IN email with the DS-3032. The DS-230 is similar, but can be handled later. Don't forget the white books, as well.

I'm betting there's a copy shop within 2 kilometres of your beneficiary's home.
